Hello ZoneEdit folks, I'm trying to reaquire access to the DNS account for a customer. The password reset didn't work because you need a token that no one has access to any more. I did email access@zoneedit.com just now, so hopefully you can help me there. I thought I'd add a post here, just in case that was part of the process
Hello. I have not been able to receive E-mail since Dec. 7th. Probably my ISP playing port games again, however, I cannot get into my account here as the E-mailed token cannot reach me.
Can you help out with that?
