Locked out of your account? Help for account access issues.

Hello there,
i have encountered the following "issue" while login in to the account:

"We have detected a new sign-in attempt into your ZoneEdit account. To verify your identity, we sent a confirmation access token to it@c••r.ro, the email address we have on file. Please enter it below. To learn more about this account security enhancement please read our knowledge base article."

I use the same IP, computer, credentials etc ... username and password are valid, problem that the TOKEN/Code email arrives with a lot of delay more then the 5 minutes expiring code time, and more then the 120 seconds login timer. Please help and advice :(
 
Hi there,

I haven't logged into the platform for a long time, and yesterday, I couldn't log in with my recorded username and password.

When I try "forget password", the system feedback the password was sent to my registered email address with "-duplicate" after it, e.g. apcc@xxx.com-duplicate", and my email address is apcc@xxx.com, and I cannot get any reset password email.

What should I do now? many thanks!

Hi there, our domain is currently showing a Zoneedit holding page. I've sent a request to support as I can't login to remedy it, I'm not receiving any emails to the address below:

Ive also been locked out. My domain mysteriously lost all its name records and now the email MX records are missing. so i can't login to my account now. please check the email i sent (steven@my....)
 

maccamaster what is the domain name of concern.. by chance did it expire at its registrar?​

my-letter-box.com it seems i have run out of credits after further investigation. the domain is fine, but my account smcmaster cant access the portal due to the email 2FA process (which sends the token to an email address using @my-letter-box.com
