is this the "permanent" solution?.... don't use yahoo or aol?
Totally agree. I don’t understand zone-edit’s stance here if you have been asked by yahoo for a case reference?Hi Sandy. With regards to my earlier request for the incident number - the issue would still be handled between Yahoo and ZoneEdit obviously. (They have already stated that: "Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose details of communications between ZoneEdit and Yahoo"... even though I wasn't actually asking them for this!)
As you've already noted, the issue is recurring: "we are delisted only to be relisted the next day".
This just an opportunity to escalate the case via their Customer Care - so that it gets resolved sooner. I think it would be wise to take this opportunity - the issue has already been going on for quite a while as you know, and is obviously affecting quite a few users.
I created temporary Gmail accounts to use until yahoo was fixed, which it is for me now.Do you have a suggestion on a stable safe email server to use?
