Unable to login

I am unable to login to my legacy zoneedit account with my old password. My email address is no longer valid on the old account. Suggestions?

I tried that but my they didn't resolve my question but instead they closed the ticket.

i just re-opened your ticket. If the account is not granted the free zones please reply with the request when you do the access procedure
and ad the verify server information.
