[Solved] DNS not propagating

My IP address updates for my domain (fam-zonneveld.nl) have stopped propagating to DNS servers.
48 hours ago my IP changed.
When I check my ZoneEdit page, it shows the proper address (currently 83.81.117.36)
nslookup fam-zonneveld.nl ns17.zoneedit.com
gives me 83.81.113.196.

had the same problem. TTL error?

How can this be fixed?

I changed the TTL from 300 to 600. After this the changes propagated.
