Invitation emails from 3rd-party provider not forwarded?

I am sorry, we can not respond to private messages on the forum.. paid accounts do have access to our ticketing system which is private.

Our IT team believe the email would have from one of these addresses:

donotreply@triodos.co.uk

donotreply@triodoscrowdfunding.co.uk

They are still checking for the exact email to obtain the subject line. As you are the only customer that’s required a 2nd invite that wasn’t through our ShareIn platform, I have asked Northrow to check that there are no blockers on their site due to it not falling into the agreed process.

I'm not sure how likely the exact sender addresses are - they had previously said an address in @triodos.co.uk or @triodos.com - @triodoscrowdfunding.co.uk is a new one. The recipient email address (which they have double checked now) is the same as Private messaged before.

we do not see anything inbound for donotreply@triodos.co.uk or donotreply@triodoscrowdfunding.co.uk coming in anytime in the past 5 days. Perhaps they don't have the address right?
I've asked them to double check several times the address I've given you - they appear certain they are sending to it. I'm less sure about the sender address they seem to only think those are what the 3rd party is likely using. The last definite date for an invite email was the 12th May 2026 at 14:58 (UTC+1???) - so more than 5 days ago. I've asked if there have been any reminder emails sent since then.

Personally I'm doubtful the messages are being correctly sent but without any evidence to the contrary it's hard to refute the assertions of the 3rd party provider that I'm unable to communicate with directly.
