Adding SPF and DKIM records to my email hosting

Hi

Can anyone assist me in regards to adding SPF and DKIM records for my domain S-P-L-A-T.com.au which the
emails are hosted by Web Central (https://webcentral.au/)

They have advised me because my Name Servers are pointing externally I have to get assistance from Zoneedit or
alternatively I have to point the name servers to theirs. Attached is the screenshot.

Which way should I go? any assistance would be appreciated

I see that you are using Google for your mx, so you will want to add the following to your TXT records:

v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all

For your DKIM record:
