Locked out of your account? Help for account access issues.

Sending an E-mail to access@zoneedit.com has produced nothing.
Is there another way to deal with this?
I do not have any other E-mail accounts.

Is there a way that I can setup an E-mail account through your company to prevent such situations in the future?
 
Hello ZoneEdit folks, I'm trying to reaquire access to the DNS account for a customer. The password reset didn't work because you need a token that no one has access to any more. I did email access@zoneedit.com just now, so hopefully you can help me there. I thought I'd add a post here, just in case that was part of the process
