ZONEEDIT servers not resolving in Chicago comcast area

I've tried a few traceroutes to zoneedit servers from a chicagoland comcast account and the traceroute breaks down somewhere between here and there. I've tried traceroutes to my actual servers and they work fine. SInce my DNS servers are listed with you, ALL of my websites are down. I realize its not your fault, but maybe you can give Comcast a nudge to figure out what the problem is.
I attached a traceroute to ns13.zoneedit.com for example

The traceroute doesn't necessarily indicate that you aren't able to send DNS-queries from your ISP to ZoneEdit. Let me know:

- your domain with us.
- result of `dig` and `ping` to the ZoneEdit nameservers for your domain
