Works fine if I am not on my home network, tested on cell without WiFi and at work and everything shows up normal.

Sorry for the mis-understanding. Yes it resolves and renders correctly.

Ok thats is good, you can login there and manage your account. the IP you provided is not on any blocked list so all we can think of is a local networking error.
