Unable to resolve using ns14.zoneedit.com & ns18.zoneedit.com

Hi

I have been using your free service for some years now and suddenly all DNS resolutions for my subdomains in poohdog.com are failing.

Currently i am using ns14.zoneedit.com & ns18.zoneedit.com and neither of them respond to pings. I can ping other zoneedit nameservers ok.

Is there a zoneedit issue?

I am also having the same issue. I have the paid service and have submitted a support request. Of course since the domain is not working, I cannot receive the email response.
 
Sorry about the delay on this, there was a DDoS on friday, we ended up rerouting the traffic. If there is still an issue it would have to be something else.
