ultimate quandary!

I have been a user of the free tier for more than a decade. The client for my dynamic ip update of my suddenly has a problem authenticating to zoneedit.com. I can't manually correct the problem, because I can't log into the zoneedit.com web interface, because it now requires a token that was sent to my server which is not reachable. Zoneedit has done away with phone support and email support for the free tier. Has anybody else had this problem? I need some serious help. I am willing to pay if that is the only way to get out of this mess.

You can send an email to access @ zoneedit.com to discuss options for authenticating access to your account.

Thanks Chris, I was able to get a client on my router running dd-wrt to do the update. I still need help authenticating to zoneedit.com so I will ask for help via the address above. best, Steve Sullam
