single A record not propagating (for www.)

i have a single A record not propagating after switching back to zoneedit.

Address:198.199.82.247#53

I'm also having problems with NS7. I'm paying for tertiary DNS and NS7 not working just wasted 3 hours for one of my techs. I understand using the support forums for free accounts, but if that free account has paid tertiary services, you should not be forcing me to do this. I've resolved the issue by removing NS7 from use at my registrar, but this shouldn't be that hard.
