signed up, but still can't access.

so i signed up yesterday, and set up a dyn dns. i got my router logging in to my account ok, and it shows good.

i went through my settings on zoneedit, and it seems ok. it is showing my ip address.

however when i try to access my web cam, it just sits there and does nothing.

i don't even know where to begin here, or what info you need to help me. so if you ask i will provide.

edited to add, that if i use the ip address shown under dns settings, i CAN access my camera. just not by using my hostname.

sorry.. I do not see the domain name in any zoneedit account... what is the domain you added to your account?

that domain name is already registered... Do you have your own already registered domain name?
You need to have a domain name that you control to use anu zoneedit service.

no i don't. i'll have to move on then. seems like either my router doesn't support some and the rest are not what i'm looking for. bummer.

sorry about that. I have gone ahead and deleted the domain from the account.. shall I delete the account as well or do you think you might want it down the road a bit?
