Request to add subdomain

Hello, please can someone explain how I add a subdomain?

I have been asked to create a subdomain 'careers.' before our website, before adding a CNAME record to the DNS. I think can I sort the last part but cannot see how to add a subdomain.

I have tried searching this forum, also tried emailing access@ and support@ but no joy?

do you need to add a stand alone sub domain with its own zone file? is the parent domain already delegated to zoneedit nameservers?

Yes I believe so as it’s going to be used with another service.

To the second part, I believe so as that is how it’s always been managed but a bit out of my depth here!

I am not 100% sure if the domain is managed through Zoneedit but the DNS seems to be? Sorry, this is not my area of expertise!

Sandy is off duty for the past (and this) week. I do see tylergrange.co.uk is using our Zoneedit service. I can add a sub-domain stand-alone zone if you let me know what the hostname is.

Please note: this will use up one of the Free DNS slots (you currently have 2 available)
