Renewal/Expiring Emails for Legacy Free DNS

I've received renewal emails for vegansnightmare.com that say I have to renew it, but I can't seem to figure out what I'm supposed to do. My domain is a "Legacy Free DNS" domain, and shows "Legacy Free DNS - 0 Credits / 1 month" and I have some credits on my account. I can't seem to get my domain to "renew" as it still shows that it expires in 5 days.

How do I renew it?
