Problem with secondary DNS

I have been using ZoneEdit for over a decade now, and my configuration has been consistent pretty much across this entire time. Today, I noticed that my two domains (ka8zrt.com and ka8zrt.net) have not been transferring and are now expired. In checking my xfr log, I see the following:

19-Feb-2025 08:24:19.304 notify: debug 3: zone ka8zrt.com/IN: notify response from 45.33.33.148#53: REFUSED
19-Feb-2025 08:24:19.321 notify: debug 3: zone ka8zrt.com/IN: notify response from 165.22.116.248#53: REFUSED

And when I tell the admin interface to redo the transfer, no change. Nothing has changed on my end for months, when I know things were working.

Any ideas?

Hello,

The primaries aren't responding to an AXFR request. Please ensure that 64.68.198.91 is in their ACL for ZE Secondary transfers to work. AXFR test result:
