Problem signing in

Hi Sandy, i have a domain on zoneedit for many years. I didn't need to change any DNS records on it for a while. I attempted to sign in, but i get the text box asking for token and nothing else, i also don't get an email if that's part of the process. Please help. Thank you, Dan
