Problem Adding new Domain

Hi, Support Zone Edit.

I write them because we had problems adding the domain galeazzi.com.ar to manage it in the account "cmatias" of Zone Edit.
Yesterday, Tuesday, 17/01 we registered the domain, and it was added correctly; But then in the afternoon he disappeared.
Today Wednesday 18/01 we had to re-register the domain in the DNS administrator, and therefore we had to pay back 1 Credit for the same.

The problem is that I debited 2 times the corresponding credit, can you help me ?.

Hi there

I have manually added the domain and provided two months of service.. we may have seen the domain s not yet registered
as no nameservers are delegated at the domains registrar.
