PowerDNS Zone Transfers

I recently had to upgrade the OS on my web server and I am now using PowerDNS. I was using ZoneEdit as backup DNS servers that would sync data from my primary DNS server which is my web server but since the upgrade, ZoneEdit is not being able to get any DNS updates. On my web server in the PowerDNS config, I set "disable-axfr=no", "master=yes" and added "allow-axfr-ips=139.177.204.42", "allow-axfr-ips=50.116.13.244", "allow-axfr-ips=64.68.198.91". Am I still missing something to get the dns zone transfers working again?
 
My web host made some changes and said it should be working. It looks like it is working on alternate DNS backup hosting. I sent you a PM with more details. Can you confirm what might be going on?
