Pop up when I logged into zoneedit

I went to agree to the terms on a new pop up I received about the 2014 cut over of free accounts.
When I clicked to read the terms, the privacy section is not found. https://cp.zoneedit.com/support/terms/privacy.html
So do you have a privacy policy?
