I am hosting my MX record with zoneedit and my mail server is down. I want to re-direct my MX record but cannot reset my password because it sends an e-mail to my down server. I cannot contact support, because I cannot login.
I need help to login and I think you, as a domain hosting organisation, need to change your password reset system to exclude the e-mail and use a different method.
