Password Reset Problems

Hi,

I was trying to setup 2FA and got dumped out of my session, and to make matters worse, when I tried to login, it told me my credentials were incorrect, and there was no option for the 2FA I thought I had setup. Repeated attempts at a password reset failed so I am at a loss and was hoping somebody could help me out.

it might have been your IP changing mid session, I have enabled the fix for that. Please try the password retrieval page at https://cp.zoneedit.com/support/reset_password.php

Thanks Sandy. Unfortunately I can't seem to get past the Password Reset challenge screen. I tried account name, email and domain, but each time I am re-prompted for Captcha, which I can't seem to get past.

what browser are you using and do you have a different browser you can try?
