password reset not working

I have tried resetting the password for customers domains and they are not working, need help

We have urgent changes we need to make

just a bit more info to add, we are getting the emails to the owner of the account, but the passwords are not working

Hi. This sounds like the passwords you try is out of the sync with the latest password sent out. Wait 15 minutes, and then do another password reset. If you need further help, email access AT zoneedit.com (format the email address properly, replacing the spaces and AT with @), and provide full user name.
