Password Reset NOT Working

I have had a free account for years and everything is still working EXCEPT I cannot log into my account to make changes... I have gone thru the password reset and it appears to work EXCEPT when I receive a NEW password, it does NOT work... Tried 3 times now.

Your situation can be caused by failing to log into the account more than 5 times in a row (in a short period of time). The account will block all logins -even if you have the correct login credentials. What you need to do is wait ~20 minutes, then try logging in with the last successful password reset you tried.
