I've paid for Domain transfer but am having problem with my name resolution (transfer not done ?), and the system keep redirecting me here rather than have a problem support deal with the problem.
 
I have the exact same problem - Domain transfers appear to be stuck in la-la land somewhere, and instead of getting support as I should for a paid service, I am redirected here. Additionally, I've been a paying ZoneEdit user for years, so it's not like this is a new paid account or something. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. Any real help available?
 
Closing the loop on this - I was contacted by customer service and the issue was resolved in short order. Thanks!
