ns1.zoneedit.com and ns4.zoneedit.com down?

Same here, all our sites were down for about an hour this morning. Have emailed and tweeted Zoneedit support and haven't heard anything yet.

we did not experience an outage... is this still happening and what are the domain names of concern?

It was only happening for me between 5:53am and 7:21am on the 15th (NZST). ns1 and ns4 were uncontactable via any method I tried: ping, telnet, dig.

I wonder where P Heinlein is from? Perhaps it was something that only affected New Zealand or Oceania.
 
unfortunately we did not have the chance to check the dns while the error was occurring on our side.
