No response from a support ticket

I sent in a support ticket last week and never got a response. When I try to login to view the ticket from the link I got in the email, I cannot open the ticket on the support website. It doesn’t recognize my email or password. I do not know how to follow up on this ticket now...
 
Thanks, the site is usarmyband.com and the issue is billing. We need to buy more credits, and we need the company to complete, sign, and return a government 889 form so that we can make the payment. Ticket 2821549
 
Thank you, I received the information I needed. But today I get an error “An error occurred while we tried to process your payment" . For our business, the credit card holder is not me, so if the system is checking the CC payment against my name, it could be causing it to reject the payment?
 
hello. the payment attempt is failing as the zip code used does not match whats on file at the credit cards financial institution.. perhaps you have moved offices? Please contact the bank associated with the card to double check what zip code is associated with the card.
