New A Records not resolving

Hi, I created some new A Records in the namesandnumbers.com domain, but they don't seem to be working. I'm unable to resolve them via DNS lookups at https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx or from a propagation checker like https://www.whatsmydns.net/. Is something configured wrong? I created the following new records for testing but am unable to resolve any of them to IP addresses. We are going to be changing ISPs, so I've wanted to test the new IP addresses before making the changes.

intranetnew.namesandnumbers.com
mailnew.namesandnumbers.com
miles33new.namesandnumbers.com
uploadsnew.namesandnumbers.com

The domain registrar is namecheap.com and the Custom DNS is set to NS2.ZONEEDIT.COM and NS7.ZONEEDIT.COM

I initially sent this request via the Get Support link but realized we aren't paid customers, so I may not get a response from there.
