Need to regain access to account

Hello there, happy to sign up for paid service but I can't, as the login asks for a token we don't have. I can reset my password etc fine, but no idea what this token question is.

How do we regain access to the account?
 
If you're logging in and it's asking for a token, then the account has Two-Factor Authentication set up.

The token will be sent either:
- Via Email to the address that was configured to receive the token.
or
- Via Google Authenticator.


If you need the two-factor authentication disabled, you'll need to DM me your account username and the answers to the 3 security questions. To do that, hover over my avatar to the left and select "Start a Conversation".
