I have a legacy account, at this time I only use mail redirection.
My domain is parked do I have to do anything for the introduction of IPv6.
I see my domain has an IPv4 IP address will that be upgraded to an IPv6 address.

Stuart,

If our server which handles the Parking requests ever gets an IPv6 address then sure but I don't see that happening in the near future. Otherwise, the IPv4 address will remain the same. It's not an upgrade to be put on an IPv6 address, no more than your phone number being put on a new area code once the main area code numbers has been used up. The only difference is the characters and format that IPv6 uses.

IPv4 will most likley be around for a long time and may never actually be phased out.

If you run your own server or have a service that runs with an IPv6 IP then Zoneedit does support the ability to point those records in your DNS zone if needed.
