I have had a domain (itb.com.my) registered with you for a number of years. Since some days ago, the DNS functionality does not seem to work. When I log on to my account on cp.zoneedit.com, I cannot see the domain. I understand that there is no free dns now. But to transfer to another provider, i need to have access to my domain. Please advise how to get back my domain in the account.. Thanks.

Hi. ZoneEdit is not REGISTRAR for the domain name. We're only DNS service provider. DNS service for the domain name is currently on hold because the account it's in is out of credits. You have not indicated the account name you have logged in to. If you're not sure if the domain name is in a second ZoneEdit account, you can request addition help by emailing access (at) zoneedit.com with more detail.
