mailmaps do not forward (but only for select email addresses)

Hi,

We have been using ZoneEdit for years without any issues, but have recently realised that the mailmaps do not work for some people (i.e. the emails simply do not get forwarded to the mapped addresses) while they continue to work just fine for others. I can't seem to find why, please help.

Kind regards,

Cedric

I have the same issue with barriosantarita.com.ar

I guess it is an issue with Google Groups not liking the sender's email address not matching the forwarding address. Is there anything that can be done to solve this issue?

I can confirm the emails are not reaching the recipient consejosantarita@googlegroups.com. At least not the inbox. I believe Google Groups is filtering them out, as I said, because it does not like that the sender does not match the middle (forwarding) address. I tried this last week, in the weekend and today, without success.

If the email is disappearing once google takes hold of it, there isn't really anything we could do. Perhaps on Gmail you can set it as Not Spam or add a filter to place the messages into the folder you require.
