Mailmap Q: Map email from one domain to another using wildcard?

Scenario: I have two domains (I'll use hypothetical examples):
* foo.com
* bar.com

I want to map incoming mail to foo.com to the corresponding address in bar.com, without have to be explicit about it, since there could be many.

Example:
sales@foo.com -> sales@bar.com
info@foo.com -> info@bar.com
admin@foo.com -> admin@bar.com
etc.

How can I do this with the mailmap? Is it even possible?

You should be able to set this up by specifying an asterisk (*) in the box on the left-hand side, and @bar.com (following your example domain name) in the box on the right side...

So, *@foo.com -----> @bar.com
