mail maps not forwarding all of a sudden

Hello,

Sometime today, give or take, all the mail forwarding for the 3 domains on my account have stopped forwarding. People don't get any bounce back messages but no email gets forwarded any more. This has worked for years without issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Domains: boxermandy.com, kirajane.com, nubup.com

Thanks!

Hi there
Can you please let me know a mail map that reaches yoiu so I can send test messages. Additionally, nubup.com uses google for email services,. not zoneedit.

Hello Landis,

It seems some of the destination addresses for your mailmaps were blocking our servers. We've gone ahead and implemented a fix so your messages should begin to forward again shortly.

Thank you for the update! I will check and advise. Was this something that can be avoided in the future? What did you do to fix it - switch to a different server that isn't blocked? Can the other servers be unblocked? Appreciate any details.

Initial tests show that when sending a test message from gmail to boxermandy.com or kirajane.com, nothing comes thru. However, sending from Yahoo mail to those domains seems to work as of now.

Hello. So far, we're still not getting all our email. Messages sent from gmail to boxermandy.com and kirajane.com never arrive. Is there something else you need to fix? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. Some email seems to come through, but crystal@boxermandy.com is getting nothing, and the same with kirajane.com. I just sent a test email to test@kirajane.com AND crystal@boxermandy.com from landis1255@gmail.com and nothing has arrived. Can you see if you see those? Thanks!!

Thanks. I checked and there is nothing being flagged as spam on the optimum side. The spam folders are all empty. They use a few email block lists and zoneedit and boxermandy are NOT on those either. Are you perhaps able to reach out to optimum with your logs and ask what their SMTP admins see? I don't think I have the technical info they'd need?

Appreciate the help.
