Mail forwarding suddenly stopped working

Our email team reports that a new shunt mail forwarder has been put in place to bypass delivery issues and they see that email is being successfully forwarded at this time.

Hello again. Our email team has put a shunt mailserver in place to bypass your ISP blocking our usual mail forwarder. They report they see being successfully forwarded.

Emails from the last couple of days has come through. There's a gap of around 4- 5 days of emails from last Thursday. Would these emails be still trapped on Caprica?

What are the chances of getting the mail from the last week? Prior to the stoppage, my last email was received 11 Jan 2023 19:16 UTC

Mail systems typically "return to sender" after five days, so if we couldn't deliver it, an NDR would have been sent to the sender. It would be up to the sender to resend the email again.
