Mail alias not working / help

Hi, my regular email is at fastmail.fm

And I have a domain that zoneedit had nicely split the MX portion of the domain,
Pushing onwards the (example). Me@mydomain.com email address... To my fastmail.fm email
And done it nice for well over 10 years.

Recently something happened and my email no longer are making from to my domain email address to the real (fastmail.fm) email

I have tried everything i can think of in the zoneedit control panels about MX and mailmaps and nothing is working. i still get the errors listed farther below

- i put in fresher/newer SMTP address from fastmail.fm ..in the MX (Both a 1 and 2 version from them)
- i put in LOCAL also in the MX, as i gather suggest by zoneedit
- mailmaps..
i put my email address (mailmap example) me@mydomain.com
and destination address (example) abcdef@fastmail.fm

the actual domain is purchased thru AITdomains, but i don't have any web content any more
the domain is only used for MX / email alias forwarding to fastmail

no..it was expired until yesterday but i did renew it on Jan 16/2017 and its new expiry is in what you pasted.. Dec/31/2017

and the .org root servers do not have any nameservers delegated to it:

this must be taken up with the registrar: Sponsoring Registrar: Advanced Internet Technologies, Inc. (AIT)

as well the domain is delegated to its own mailservers so adding Local without it having the lowest preference number will not provide email forwarding services.

Turns out they (AIT domains) had deleted the nameservers. they put them back (including zoneedit nameservers). it works now.
