Log In Issue

I am experiencing continual login issues with ZoneEdit and wanted to raise this, as it appears to be more than just a simple password problem.

I use a password vault/manager, so I do not manually remember or mistype passwords, and I am confident the stored credentials are correct.
I actually have two separate accounts, and only one is experiencing the same issue.

I would also note that I have tested this across multiple browsers and devices, so it does not appear to be browser-related.
I have also testes over a few days with the same issue appearing again today.

The behaviour I am experiencing is as follows:
  • ZoneEdit repeatedly refuses valid passwords.
  • I have had to perform a password reset every time I attempt to log in.
  • Roughly every second password reset attempt allows me access temporarily.
  • Once access is granted, the 2FA tokens are then rejected repeatedly until the system eventually kicks me back to the sign-in page.
  • On two occasions, I successfully changed the password using the temporary reset password and managed to get a valid 2FA token accepted.
  • However, once inside cPanel, when attempting to change the password from the temporary one provided, the system immediately logs me out and the new password then no longer works.
  • I also cannot disable 2FA because the system asks me to re-enter a password that it then refuses to accept.
At this stage, the login system appears unstable or stuck in some sort of authentication loop between password validation and 2FA.

Could you please investigate this from your side and advise what may be causing it?

Thank you.
