Locked out of account & need to update Recovery Email

I am locked out of my zoneedit account and I need to request new password. Only problem is that my email address is no longer in use. How can I update the email address.

Thank you we have restored our account. We need to now add an existing domain www.spiceitup.za.net to our account and manage it. The previous technician that assisted us is no longer in the picture. Are you able to advise what to do next to get this domain onto the profile of the user: ALatib.

are you trying to add www.spiceitup.za.net or the root domain name spiceitup.za.net?
if it is the root domain which most likely it is then you can use the add a domain link on the left side bar.

oh I see .. the domain name is in a different zoneedit account that you do not have access to correct?
