My domain seems to be down and I have not received any renewal or suspension requests.
As a result 100s of VoIP phones are down.

We have paid some credits a few hours ago but the domain is still down.
We are based in the UK.

Can anything be done to get our phones and domain back online?

do you have access to your zoneedit account? the domain is on secondary DNS and it appears your primary is no longer sending us zone updates.

HI yes, we eventually managed to get hold of the UK server people but only after we had moved the zone back to the domain registrar and rebuilt the zone. We paid credits to Zoneedit this morning as we initially thought that the domain my have expired. Also for a couple of hours we were unable to log in to Zonedit and the security questions would not accept the valid answers.

Thanks but theres no need really. I've resolved the issue this morning (UK time) by rebuilding the zone with the registrar. I'll wait until propagation is complete and then consider a failover DNS with Zoneedit.
