I am trying to use my own domain with Apple’s iCloud+ email service. l set up everything as suggestion by Apple. When I tried to finish setup, I get an error that said “Check your DKIM Record”.

Below is the setting instructions from Apple:
Update your domain’s records
Open the instructions to see specific steps for your domain registrar. These were also sent to you in email.
Open instructions
Copy these records exactly, including any ending punctuation, to make sure your emails are directed to iCloud Mail.

mx01.mail.icloud.com.

TXT:

SPF:

"v=spf1 include:icloud.com ~all"

DKIM:

Note: If your registrar doesn’t support “@” enter your domain name as the host. Start by including the period at the end of the MX and DKIM values and quotes in the SPF TXT record. If it fails, try entering the values without the quotes or without the ending punctuation.

I can see the records entered correctly and responding. DKIM looks correct:

sig1.domainkey.warrenguan.com. 201 IN CNAME sig1.dkim.warrenguan.com.at.icloudmailadmin.com.

I updated it it about 20 minutes ago. Will it take time to take effect?

I'm still getting below message from iCloud:

Check your DKIM record

Make sure the settings that you updated on your domain registrar match the ones sent to you. If you just updated the information, try this again later. It can take up to 72 hours for your changes to take effect.

Perhaps its just propagation, I can query the records, depending on how often they refresh on their end.
