I Cannot Access my Paid Zone Edit Account

A client of ours recently switched email filters and unfortunately do not have the credentials to their ZoneEdit account. A secondary domain on their O365 tenant is having issues with email delivery because the DNS records are still pointing to the now defunct email filter. That domain happens to be the account tied to ZoneEdit DNS. I cannot send a password reset from that account due to the aforementioned DNS records pointing to the wrong place and resulting email delivery issues. I need to speak directly with someone from ZoneEdit to verify ownership of the account and reset the password to the account manually.
