How to transfer from ZoneEdit to new domain owner

One of our customers wants us to transfer a domain we have registered with ZoneEdit to them so they can manage it using the registrar they use for all of their other domains. Looked around but can't figure out how to transfer a domain away from ZoneEdit to someone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what is the domain name of concern? procedures depend on the domain name type.

the domain botar.org is not registered with zoneedit but with Tucows so you wold need to contact them for assistance getting a copy of the domains auth code needed to confirm a registrar transfer.
