How to reset token?

I cannot log into my account. I have the username and password, but it takes me to a “token” page. I believe the token is set up with my prior designer’s cell phone. I reached out to him, but he no longer has access to his phone, there doesn’t seem to be any way to reset the token without already logging in. So I am locked out of the account. Is there anyway to reset the token?
