How to register a free DDNS

I can't figure out how to register a free DDNS.
I just registered a new account and tried to add a free DNS, but it's not easy. My member home is different from the website. I can't find the left panel to add a domain. I used Chrome and Mozilla, they showed the same thing.

When I click on Add Zone, it needs to charge me $16.

Any advice would be appriciated.

hi there on the screen shot where it states: you have 6 free slots: add free dns domain click "add free DNS domain" and you can then add a domain name you have registered elsewhere for free DNS services.

Thank you, Sandy. Do you mean that I need to register a domain name on other service provider, then I can move it to ZoneEdit? Can't I register a free domain name directly here?
 
zoneedit provides free DNS services, not free domain names. So you can register a domain name with zoneedit or with another provider... but you have to have your own domain name to use any zoneedit service.
