How do I recover the information of my domain names

Dear ZoneEdit

I first joined ZoneEdit in 2010 as AContreras7 and added two Domain Names americocontreras.cl and camilocontreras.cl.

Now I have the first one in my list of domain names, but I do not have the second one.

If I try to add the second domain I get a message “The domain camilocontreras.cl is already on our systems”, but in search results I just see the first one.

What could I do to see both domain names?

Your help would be appreciated.

Hello Americo. To request that we move the second domain name to the ZoneEdit account you can access, please follow the directions here:
https://support.zoneedit.com/Knowle...our-password-if-your-email-account-is-defunct
You don't need to create a new account, just add the name server to the delegation, and complete step 3.
