getting IP for making PTR record

I'm new to this, so, please, give me corresponding guides to read on the topic. Please, suggest all possible ways, where and how can I get fixed IP, so I could add PTR record (is it possible here? I don't even know) for redirecting IP connection to my domain (served here), that already has DYN record pointing to dynamic IP.

Also, if anybody can help, give advices for the next task. From one side, I have a router setup, that takes IP address, but not domain name, for making certain connection. From the other side, I have dynamic IP with DDNS name. How can I direct connection from the one side to the other? The best way, I think, is to manually modify the router configuration, and/or install additional modules to it. Where can I get help with it? Other solutions also appreciated.

Note that static IP addresses for PTR Records must be obtained from your ISP. I've linked a Reverse DNS and a Dynamic DNS tutorial below for further details:

If the IP address will be obtained, is it possible to set up ZE services such way that IP communication with the address will be equivalent to communication with the mentioned dynamic IP? If not all types of such communication are possible then tell which types are.

sorry, im not sure what you mean.. PTR records can never use dynamically assigned IP addresses.
