Free DNS - No Remaining Credits

Hi,

I've used Zone Edit off and on for years. I just recently decided to move my domain back and add two additional to make use of the legacy free domain option. I'm also thinking of using the backup mx option as well once I get things going. However, after adding the second domain I'm unable to add a third one with an invoice requiring credit purchases.

The primary domain on my account is markstaggs.net.

Hi Mark,

I see that you should be able to add one more domain name on free DNS. But your account isn't allowing it. Will email you when it's fixed.

Hi Mark, this should now be fixed for your account. Sorry about that - did you use the "find my old zoneedit account" utility?

Great, thanks! I see that it has "3 free slots" left.

I didn't use the "find old zoneedit account" utility. I knew my username and password, and just logged in using it. At one point while I was setting up the second domain it did show the correct number of remaining free slots. I'm not sure when it changed.

I am in the same issue, I thought I fixed this when you guys first went this direction, I should be a Legacy Account...

It is "elitegeeks" but I did digging but I think I figured it out...

yes elitegeeks is set as a legacy account.
