According to the Free DNS page, we should receive a survey soon after creating a free account, and after submitting the survey, we can increase our total free zones to 3. I signed up several months ago, but I never received a survey link. Are those still being sent out?

Also, just to clarify, there's no way to get 5 free zones if our old account was deleted, right? My account was from January 2001, and I still have the welcome email :)

Edit: In 2014, there was a transfer of ownership for the business. If your account was empty (or inactive), it would not have been migrated and has likely been deleted.
