Hi I am trying to configure an IP camera for use with your DYN DNS but getting error (the following is a partial error, but hopefully you will have enough to go on, as the config page of the device truncates it....):

The camera (Keekoon kk002 v 1.8.12) claims to support use with zoneedit. I have used the auth token for the password and the "DDNS" field i have populated with my dyn DNS name.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
